This Privacy Policy explains how The Space Collective Ltd ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Star Heroes companion application (the "App"). The App is designed to be privacy-friendly: it works primarily on your device and does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use it.

The App lets you track your card collection, build and save decks, manage a wishlist, and view game content. This information is stored locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to us or any third party, and we cannot access it. If you delete the App or use its reset options, this data is permanently removed from your device.
The App includes an export feature that lets you generate a text list of your collection or decks and share it using your device's standard sharing tools. If you use this feature, you control where that information is sent. We do not receive it.
The current version of the App does not collect analytics or usage data. In future we may introduce anonymised analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand how the App is used and fix technical problems. If we do, this data will be aggregated and anonymised, will not identify you personally, and we will update this Policy before it takes effect. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent.
The App displays content hosted by third parties, including video trailers embedded from YouTube and news/lore content loaded from our servers. When you view embedded YouTube content, YouTube may collect data per Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). When the App loads news or lore content, standard technical information (such as your device's IP address) may be processed by our hosting provider to deliver it, as with any internet request. The App may also link to external websites (our website, store, or social channels); we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Because your collection, deck, and wishlist data stays on your device, we do not use it for any purpose. Any future anonymised analytics or crash data would be used solely to operate, maintain, and improve the App. We do not sell your personal information, use your data for advertising or profiling, or share your on-device data with third parties.
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, our processing (if any) is based on legitimate interests (to operate and improve the App) and consent (where we introduce optional tools that require it).
On-device data is retained until you delete it or remove the App. Any future anonymised analytics data would be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. Because the App stores your data locally and does not send it to us, you can exercise most of these rights directly — by viewing, editing, exporting, or deleting your data within the App at any time. For other requests, contact hq@starheroes.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We take reasonable measures to protect the App. Because your data is stored locally, its security also depends on your device's security (for example, your passcode and operating-system protections).
The App is operated from the United Kingdom. If you access it elsewhere, any limited technical data involved in delivering third-party or hosted content may be processed in countries with different data protection laws.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App.
